You must be 21 years or older to order wine.  By agreeing to this wine club membership you are certifying that you are 21 years of age or older.  We strongly recommend you have your wine shipped to your business rather than a residence as an adult signature WILL BE REQUIRED at time of delivery. 

You will receive an email notice prior to Club TRIO shipments.  Your credit card on file will be automatically charged, along with any applicable shipping and handling fees.   If you choose the “Pick-Up” Party option, and are unable to attend the party, we will hold your Club TRIO shipment for two weeks at TRIO, located in Solvang, California, for you to pick up.  After that, the wines will be automatically be shipped to you and the necessary shipping fees will be applied.  Cancelations must be in writing and be received 10 days prior to shipment releases to avoid any charges.
